I’ve had my eye on the Sunday cross necklace for months. So when I saw it was restocked and part of the Black Friday sale I was SO excited and had to purchase it right away. I paid for the necklace and shipping (which was standard shipping 7-10 days). A shipping label was created a few days after purchase but that was it. 15 days had passed and the only information on my item was that a shipping label was created. At this time I decided to send an email following up on my order. No response to my email. Finally after 17 days from purchase my item shipped and was received within 1 day.
While I’m in love with the necklace, I’m super disappointed in the customer service not even bothering to email me back, and the fact it look almost 3 weeks from purchase for my item to ship.
As someone who loves supporting small businesses I have to say this was not a great buying experience.
