Returns / Exchanges


To facilitate a returns or exchange, please email us at quoting your order number, reason for the return, and whether you’d like a refund or exchange.


Post the item back within 14 days of purchase, in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, unsoiled, with all tags attached), at your cost.

We’ll check that’s all in order, and we’ll process the refund ASAP (excluding return shipping costs) via your original payment method.

Please note we can’t offer refunds on sale items.
This includes items purchased through online specials, sales, and with discount codes.


What Happens If I Receive A Faulty Piece

We sincerely apologize if a sneaky fault slipping through our strict quality control! If this is the case, please contact us straight away (quoting your order number) and we’ll fix it for you ASAP!

Contact us within 14 days of your order and we’ll happily send you a replacement or store credit.

Please note the character of our pendant molds before ordering! Slight imperfections in the pendant molds do not reflect a defect.
